Tell Kaiser: Listen to nurses! Put patient and worker safety before profits.
More than 21,000 registered nurses and nurse practitioners at 21 Kaiser Permanente facilities are going on strike to protest administration’s refusal to address their ongoing concerns about workplace health and safety and chronic short staffing. Throughout the pandemic, Kaiser has degraded working conditions, but nurses are patient advocates; when we see our hospital putting us or our patients at risk, we must stand up and speak out.
Kaiser RNs and NPs in Northern California have been in negotiations for a new contract since June 2022 with little to no movement on key issues. Meanwhile, Kaiser continues raking in record profits.
Nurses need to know we have their backs as they advocate for patient safety. Will you sign our petition today?
